The Online Boutique allows you to make your purchases in complete peace of mind. You also have the possibility of returning your purchases in the best conditions, in the following cases:
- If they do not suit you and you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal by requesting to return them.
- If the product(s) does/do not correspond to what you have ordered.
- If the product(s) arrive(s) in a damaged state.
This request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

The returned products will be replaced or refunded as laid down in the Terms and Conditions. Before any replacement or refund, the products are verified by our logistics department when they return to the warehouse. If they meet the criteria, the replacement or refund request will be ratified.
The refund will be made by bank transfer within 30 days of the reception of the request to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that the product or service has been returned in compliance with the conditions detailed in the Terms and Conditions.
