Lip Balm

This balm (salve) made from extracts of sunflower oil, shea butter and honey will rehydrate your lips and give them a gloss for a sweet kiss. The glass jar comes in a cardboard box decorated with coloured spangles illustrating Marie-Antoinette.

In the 18th century, the Court ladies took over an hour to put on their makeup: after completely powdering their face and rouging their cheeks and lips, they added black for the eyelashes and eyeliner. One or two blue veins could be drawn to highlight their skin's finesse.

Composition : sunflower oil, beeswax, aloes vera, shea butter milk, extract of canola leaves and oil, acetyl alcohol.
