Delivery
What are the delivery modes and times?
For the reception of your order, you have the choice of different delivery modes:
- For France: Colissimo with follow-up in France (delivery in 48 hours); Chronopost France (delivery in 24 hours); Schenker-Joyau
- For international destinations: Chronopost or Colissimo (delivery in 2 to 5 working days)
You can take out an optional insurance coverage of your order. It will be calculated automatically according to the amount of the order. The cost of the insurance is added to the total amount of the order. The additional insurance covers the cases of loss of or damage to the parcel, according to the value of the order. This payment guarantees that you are automatically insured for an amount equal to the sum paid.
You can take out an ad-valorem insurance policy (ensured value), and the rate of this optional insurance cover is 1.2% of the declared value.
This insurance policy does not cover the loss of or damage to the parcel transported if the Member chooses to delegate the delivery (neighbour, caretaker, etc.). Hence Members are advised not to take out this insurance cover in this specific case.
What are the postage and packaging costs?
The postage and packaging costs are calculated automatically according to the weight of the order, the delivery zone of the order and the optional paid insurance cover if you have opted for it.
Can I choose my delivery address?
The delivery address can be different from the invoicing address.
Just indicate this in the order process at step 3. “Address”.
If your order is a gift and you wish to receive the invoice:
- If sent to a destination in France, the invoice is sent to the home of the purchaser (invoicing address).
- If sent to a destination outside of France, for legal reasons, the invoice will be included with the parcel.
Hence the recipient of the gift will receive the invoice.
What happens if I am absent when the delivery arrives?
For France, in case of absence, a non-delivery notice is left in the letterbox. The recipient of the order can withdraw the parcel from the Post Office within 15 days.
For international destinations, a non-delivery notice is also left in the letterbox. And the parcel is withdrawn according to the arrangements in each country.
What are the delivery zones?
The items on sale in the Online Boutique are available for delivery in metropolitan France and international destinations.
What do I do if my order is not delivered?
If you do not receive your order within the notified delivery time, just send us an e-mail via "Contacts / Make a complaint about an order" to announce the non-delivery of your order.
We will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
