Venetian mask

This elegant Venetian mask decorated with gilt spiral scrolls is made from ceramic. It is decorated at points with alternating black and white fabric that is embroidered with gold thread and ends in a little bell or a white pompon. A richly decorated trim with gilt patterns surrounds the mask.

It covers the face completely and is fastened with 2 white satin ribbons.

The 30th of June 2012, the Orangery of Versailles will welcome a costume ball from midnight until dawn. The Boutique has selected for you a number of products relating to this event, which fits into the tradition of the festivities organised by Louis XIV.
