Two centuries of music at Versailles

Music takes over the Palace from the Orangerie to the restored Hall of Mirrors, from the Royal Stables to the Grand Apartments of the king. Today's musicians will revive for you the music performed for Louis XIV, Louis XV and Louis XVI. On the programme: extracts from works by Jean-Baptiste Lully, Jean-Philippe Rameau, André Campra and Christoph Willibald Glück Orchestre des Talens Lyriques conducted by Christophe Rousset, as well as the soprano Véronique Gens.
